Walk-ins welcome every day. The line closes 30 minutes before we do, and everyone in it by then is seen.

How the line works

Step 1: Come in and say hello
Tell whoever is at the front what you'd like. If a chair is open you sit down, and if not you take a seat and we call you by name.

Step 2: Wait your turn
The line goes in the order people arrive, and a booked time goes first at its hour. Around lunch and after work the wait is a little longer.

Step 3: Get in before we close
The line closes 30 minutes before we do. Everyone in it by then is seen.

Step 4: Know what to book
A full face and a group of three or more are easier with a booking. Everything else can walk in.

What needs an appointment?
A full face, a group of three or more, and a set time with one particular threader. Everything else can walk in.
Can I bring a friend?
Yes. Friends can wait in the seats by the window, and you can sit side by side if two chairs are open.
Rather have a set time?
Choose a service and a time on the booking page. There is no deposit.
