Owner and lead threader
Bhavna opened Thread so the line would be easy to join: one front desk, four chairs and a board by the door. She still takes a chair most days and trains every new threader herself. She speaks English, Gujarati and Hindi, and works Monday to Saturday.

Megha is the one clients ask for when they want a full face. She talks through the shape first and stops the moment you ask her to. She speaks English, Gujarati and Hindi, and works Tuesday to Sunday.

Jagruti takes the evening chair and the after-work line. Her passes are short and even, and she names each step before she starts. She speaks English, Punjabi and Hindi, and works Monday to Friday, afternoons and evenings.
