Your first visit
- 01
Step 1: Book your visit
You don't need to book. Walk in any day we're open, or choose a time on the booking page if you'd like a set slot.
- 02
Step 2: When you arrive
There's a lot behind the building and parking along Pioneer Boulevard. Tell whoever is at the front what you'd like, and take a seat.
- 03
Step 3: What to expect
Your threader talks through the shape or area, then threads. A brow shaping takes about ten to fifteen minutes, and we hold up a mirror before the last pass.
- 04
Step 4: Afterward
A cool cloth, a few notes on what to skip for the day, and a chance to book your next visit. Many clients come back every three to four weeks.
Wait, or ask first
When to wait
Tell your threader and we'll skip the area or suggest another day.
Skin that isn't ready
Sunburn, broken skin, a cold sore or a fresh scratch in the area. Skin needs to be calm before it's threaded.
Medicine that thins skin
Retinoids and some acne medicines make skin thin or sensitive. Tell us what you use.
A recent facial or skin treatment
If you've had one on the area in the last week, wait, or ask the person who did it.
Before you sit down
How long should my hair be?
A few days of growth after shaving or trimming is enough. Thread takes hair out at the root, so it needs something to hold on to.
Should I wear makeup?
Come without makeup or cream on the area. We'll cleanse the skin before we start if you've forgotten.
Walk in, or choose a time
Either way there is no deposit.
